Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 27, 2026

Welcome to Mail Tool Hub. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience when using our website (located at mailtoolskit.com) and our browser-based email tools.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and explains our commitment to maintaining the privacy of your email lists and campaign content.

1. Our Privacy Philosophy: Client-Side First

Unlike traditional SaaS email verification services that upload your databases to their servers, Mail Tool Hub is built on a "Client-Side First" architecture.

  • The emails you verify, lists you de-duplicate, and texts you scan for spam triggers are processed locally in your web browser using JavaScript.
  • Your lists and email draft texts are never sent to our servers, never stored in databases, and never logged.
  • Once you close or refresh your browser tab, the data processed in that session is completely wiped from your device's active memory.

2. Information We Collect

Because our tools run client-side, we collect virtually no personal information.

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Newsletter Subscription: If you voluntarily subscribe to receive email deliverability tips or tool updates, we collect your email address. We use this exclusively to send you updates and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Feedback Forms: If you submit bug reports, tool suggestions, or general feedback, we collect your email address and the content of your message to help address your inquiry.

B. Technical and Transient Processing

  • Server-Side API Lookups: Certain tools (such as the SPF Record Checker and SMTP Configuration Tester) require server-side DNS queries or mail server handshakes. These payloads are processed transiently in-memory on our FastAPI backend. They are never written to disk, stored, shared, or compiled.
  • Usage Statistics (Analytics): We may collect anonymized, aggregate traffic data (such as page views, browser types, and popular tools) using privacy-friendly analytics. This data does not contain email addresses, domain queries, or copy contents, and is used solely to improve tool design.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal, standard cookies to make the website function properly (e.g., maintaining your preferred theme settings). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or share cookie profiles with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email lists, text drafts, or personal details with any third-party marketing companies, brokers, or advertisers.

We will only disclose information if required by law to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (including SSL/HTTPS encryption) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, because data processing for our main utility tools occurs on your own computer, the safety of your data also depends on the security of your local device and internet connection.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses, growth teams, and marketing developers. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our tools or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was revised.

8. Contact Us
